白二鋼水焼本焼の刀身ヒラ部を鏡面仕上げし刃紋を際立たせ、さらにアクセントの樋(溝切)を施しました。
堺刃物の至高の技術によって生み出された刀身に、日本古来の銘木である千本黒柿の柄鞘を合わせた、最高ランクの和包丁です。
