美味いお酒を楽しむための「ちろり」
ちろりとは徳利のように日本酒を入れて湯煎で温める道具。
錫製の酒器は酒の雑味を取り除いて、まろやかな味にするといわれています。
錫は熱伝導率が高いので、短時間で均一に温めることができます。容量は245cc。
夏場はワインクーラーに入れて氷で冷やして飲むと格別な味わいです。
家飲みはもちろん、盃とセットでプレゼントしても最適です。
